RETURNS

Posters, Giclees and Original Art and can be returned for store/shop credit or exchange only.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No credits or exchanges after 14 business days upon receipt of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at info@penleyartco.com. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your merchandise is received and inspected you will be issued a credit or sent the exchange merchandise you selected.

 DAMAGES AND RETURNS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in shipping. If you receive the wrong item, let us know and we will make it right!
