Libertas Magazine

On the cover of the Fall 2011 Issue of Libertas Magazine is Steve's portrait of Reagan which is one of several paintings exhibited at The Reagan Ranch.  As the inspiration for this painting, Steve used an image of Reagan that "radiated his optimistic outlook for America."  Golden yellow colors were chosen because it reminded Steve of the West and the Ranch.
